About Me
Hi,
I’m Josh and these are my Abs,
You may think that I’m showing off and to be very truthful... I am!
The reason why is because I haven’t always had them and I worked hard for them and now I have them I love showing them off.... Wouldn’t you?!It’s funny, I remember when I was 16 in school and I had great abs as I was very fit, but when all the sports stopped and when I began working I went fat, and i had terrible abs, but I didn’t think I did because I’ve always had great abs.
I’m 26 now and last year I went abroad on boys holiday and I looked absolutely terrible compared to all my friends, and that made me release I needed to do something about my weight and abs.
I researched the easiest way to do it online I say easy because I was lazy, 3 months later and the results are above, I’m now also a personal trainer. I’ve written a ton of articles for you all to read and I wish you all the best!
